Polar Bear Plunge Postposed to March 6! |

 The Seaside Heights Polar Bear Plunge for Special Olympics New Jersey has been rescheduled for
Saturday, March 6, 2010 with a Plunge time of 1p.m. In addition, we will not hold a 2:30 p.m. meeting as
had been planned following the plunge on Sat. feb. 27 as we will probably get together
several times next weekend, with a Friday evening plan, Saturday plunge and our
Intergalactic Food Festival on Sunday.
Seems like we wouldn't need to drag
people out for what might be at the very least, a mess, as much as it
would be nice to have a working meeting, but I think we'd end up having more fun
and doing more with our marathon meet ups for next weekend.
This is the
first time I recall that the plunge has been pushed back and I'm surprised
because I heard the shore area isn't experiencing the same kind of wind and snow
fall that we're getting in South Jersey.
