Resignation of Robert Westfall as Commander, STARFLEET

Fellow Members of STARFLEET,

It has been my privilege to serve this past year as your Commander, STARFLEET. However, due to health concerns that have manifested themselves this past year, I am afraid that I will not be able to continue as such; to do so would be unfair to myself and the organization.

Therefore, effective at 12:01am Central Time on 1 January 2018, I will be resigning as Commander, STARFLEET. I am sorry that I will not be able to cross the finish line with the rest of my team and help improve the organization for its members.

I wish you all a happy and safe new year and ask that you give Dan your support as he picks up the reins.
